VISA UPON ARRIVAL
Visa on arrival will benefit the following categories of visitors:

Bona fide tourists (excluding tour guides who are required to obtain employment permit / work visa in advance)
-
Protentional investors to explore business opportunities
-
Visitors to attend meetings, seminars and workshops (excluding those who going to perform pay related jobs which still required one to obtain an employment permit / work visas)
-
Friendship and family related visits
NOTE: VISAS ON ARRIVAL EXCLUDES PEOPLE GOING TO NAMIBIA FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSE THAT OBLIGATE ONE TO APPLY AND AQUIRE IMPLOYMENT PERMIT IN ADVANCE.
HOW VISAS ON ARRIVAL WORK

The visitor will complete a visa application form upon arrival at the airport and submit the application together with the passport to an immigration officer. Immigration officers will do the usual background checks

Visa applicant should satisfy the immigration officer that the visit is legitimate
-
Visa applicant should have enough funds for the visit or proof that the visit is fully sponsored
-
The passport should be at leas valid for a period not less than 6 months from the date of arrival and there should be enough pages for endorsement of visas, at least not less than three (3) blank pages
-
Visa on arrival FEE - N$ 1600.00 or about USD 95.00, depending on the exchange rate and it is valid for up to 90 days
