We need the following documents ONLY SCANNED AND IN PDF FORMAT.

1. A copy of the Passport (BOTH PAGES SHOWING PROPERLY)

2. a VISA FORM (well filled and signed)

3. a Copy of the air ticket (departure and return to the country of residence and entry, and exit of Namibia)

4. Proof of accommodation or safari or similar (stay in Namibia)

5. Proof of payment of visa fee

6. Proof of payment of mailing fee (the original visa to be send to the applicant via DHL)

The mailing cost for visas signed by DHL has a fixed cost of USD 42.00

In this way, the visa will be issued on a specific sheet that you must present with your passport upon arrival in Namibia.

Mail payment is the responsibility of the applicant.

It is NOT mandatory. If you do not wish to receive the original visa, we will send only one scanned copy via e-mail which is also accepted by Namibian authority.
