The Consular Section offers assistance to Namibian citizens residing in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Suriname. Additionally, we provide visa services, including both non-immigrant and immigrant visas, to residents of these countries.

Our services encompass a range of matters related to citizenship, including but not limited to citizen registration, passport-related concerns, and nationality issues. We also facilitate emergency travel documents, entry visa issuance, and registration of birth, death, and marriage.

Collaborating with local authorities, we support Namibian victims of crime and oversee visits to arrested Namibian citizens in accordance with domestic and international law. We are also involved in locating missing Namibians and providing assistance to Namibian citizens during natural disasters or other emergencies that affect our consular district.

The Consular Section is open from 8:30 am to 16:00 pm Monday through Friday, except on Brazil and Namibian holidays.
